I assume this has to do with at least one of the many demotions that occurred this summer and the hiring of others to fill that/those spots?????

Wouldn't surprise me. Look at who she hired and put in charge of our schools. Isn't Pam Hart some Chief or something. What are we an Indian tribe now? Wasn't she involved in an alcohol incident at LCMS a few years back? Didn't several bring alcohol to the school and have a party?

Wouldn't surprise me if Superintendent and School Board didn't all didn't get sued personally over all of these arrogant decisions.

Could it be over the firing "again" of a person who already won a lawsuit of the district?

No wonder the district can't afford books for the kids and just use photo copy after photo copy ....pitiful

Did that person get fired again? If so, I hope he sues them and takes them for every penny. They should know better.

When the board 'reorganizes' and only 1 job is eliminated it says something......then of course new positions are created. ....hmmmm......I am all for stream lining and minimizing...but this was not that. It is way too obvious. I just want fair treatment....for teachers and students.

You would be miserable too if you stayed at the office until 8-10 pm each night. I guess the question is: Are they hard workers or are they inefficient? Are their home lives so bad that they would rather be at work than with their husbands and children? What is really sad is that they have been staying late for years and are still labeled as incompetent by the state. If I stayed that late, and still got that ranking from the state I believe I would retire. My vote goes for inefficiency.

Who is staying late? WHY are they staying late? Is there just not enough time to do what they need during the work day or are there things they can't do with others around??
