Political priorities are wrong...what about the states need for water resources? Money for fixing levies and needed damns. Waterway construction etc.

Harry Reid is behind the same type thing from Vegas to Victorville where people coming from L.A. area would have to leave their cars and take the fast train to Vegas and then rent a car after getting there. And the train ride would not be cheap. Who in their right mind would do this ?
