There are stupid elderly residents who should known better. The seven crooks are Scum Bags and should pay the money back, and spent the rest of their lives in jail. All states lotteries take out the taxes before they give the winners their checks.

I cannot blame the elderly residents for this issue. They are so vulnerable to scam. I just hope that these 7 women will be punished accordingly and return the money to their victims.
