So if you live anywhere near these sites I would strongly suggest you don't drink the water from the well otherwise you might get cancer and die and prove the DEP is lying again. This combined pile of garbage and poison makes Mt. Trashmore look like the kitchen pail.

These sites were not only "qualified", in addition to the many statutes that found and defined them as illegal, several had already been court cases that the Cappoziellos lost. They also lost hands down the entire appeal process with judgement to clean these sites up and/or face fines. Blumenthal came in and illegally, without a judge, transferred at least this major suit to New Britain from Hartford, took the suit in a backroom and dismissed it. You have provided some valuable info~Thank you. I will with my "resources" do some further investigation. You are absoultely right in your disgust with the way these situations have never been addressed in the proper manner....What I cannot understand is the lack of concern by other citizens. They want me to go away. They want everyone to forget these sites exist so they can play Park Ranger and collect money for letting a lot of New York garbage to get dumped on the western half of our state. The has-been bunch of wussy Cappoziellos that did all this dumping are also involved with strip clubs, drugs and whatever else they can pull off, and Blumenthal has bailed them out of MANY crimes and suits. The state apparently will let those near these site drink from the wells and die before ever saying anything since "Dickie" did some punk crooks a favor. Since these sites are now protected by the Attorney General, doesn't that make the state liable since it is a state decision? I want to know ALL the TRUE and HONEST, REAL circumstances behind this, as in how much does the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut cost? The list you have prior provided is quite atounding...I was raised and still have family right next to one of those locations. There are no wells there but who is to say it is only the water that is contaminated? I am also aware of the family you have mentioned but is there any relationship between them an RB aka Dickie? The problem is not limited to drinking water from wells.
It also involves contaminated soils.
And it frequently impacts air quality inside homes, eclipsing radon as a health concern.
