Wow, I got a delivery yesterday and was chargd 2.89 by Petro. I have a ceiling cap plan of 3.89 but aren't they supposed to charge me the retail price?

LOL Sorry to hear..my guy has been gooing down from 3.78 in June....to 1.95 2 days ago...slowly going in the right direction...all i hear is people bad mouthing Pres Bush when it was 147 a barrel now i dont hear a thing really amazing..

Check how long your contract binds you. It may be for a specific # of gallons for a year. If that obligation doesn't carry-over to the next season for gallons, try to conserve. Lower your thermostat. After all, that would reduce your pattern of use. No one would ever have reason to suspect that you took less expensive c-o-d deliveries for a hundred gallons two weeks from now, or two weeks after any "scheduled" delivery, because that would be dishonest. |
