It's a wild animal - hence the term "wild." When something is wild, it is unstable and uncontrollable. So there defense is this animal never ripped anyone's face off before? Yea, good luck with that one.

The very sad part about all this is that Charlie Nash will never see her daughter's face again. She will never feel the touch of flowers in her hands and she has an agonizing road ahead of her.
The chimp was a WILD animal and although he had no previous incidents as this one, my own opinion is the dosage of Xanax administered to this animal by its owner made him go off the wall. What if there were a bunch of kids walking by when this was all happening? If the chimp did not recognize them, he would have gone after them as well!
I am also an avid animal lover and I have these pictures in my head of its owner trying to stab this chimp to death while it was trying to kill Charlie. Thank heaven it was put out if its misery very quickly, but Charlie's misery will last her a lifetime.
The whole thing is an awful shame and nothing will undo what has happened.
My deepest thoughts and prayers are with Charlie and her family and I hope the owner has to sell her business, her home and whatever else she has to pay the lawsuit. In my opinion, Sandra, you're an IDIOT! Nuff said.
