erica did it, no doubt. that's why her mom did the service to defend her. she trifflen, i hope she gets life or fries. i show her no sympathy, those weren't even real tears. poor preston, he could do better and i feel so bad for him.

I believe that Erica did this or even had someone else involved.It's a proven fact there was a life insurance policy opened a few weeks before this horrible act.Erica was partying the night this happened & was up till the early hours in the morning.Poor Preston goes thru living hell everyday without Colby...JUSTICE will be served!!!IF YOU HAVE THE SAME OPINION AS ME PLEASE POST YOUR THOUGHTS OR IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP WITH THIS CASE PLEASE CALL THE CAROLINE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE....

if all of you are sure erica did this on purpose then why dont you take your evidence to the police so she has to paid for this-if you dont have any evidence that she did this on purpose you need to keep your mouth shut unless its to comfort preston. you are not helping him by making these statements about erica-if she is responsible for colby's death than she will pay one way or another-so i suggest you concentrate on helping preston!

Don't worry about who has what evidence!! We will have justice that is for sure!! This has torn Preston up in so many ways..everyday he struggles. I will never " shut my mouth" ( as you put it) when it comes to this topic..
