Where can I find a real Tea Shop/House?

I'm a tea enthusiast looking for a really good tea shop in Virginia that sells a wide selection of premium teas from all over the world. I'm tired of having to order all of my tea off the internet. The best physical place I've found in VA, so far is the self serve loose leaf tea section at Wegmans, and that's just okay at best, because of the lack of information on the tea.

I only buy tea that lists the year of production, type, region, grade, and which flush (season of pluck)

Example: Longjing Shi Feng
China
Dragonwell
1st Grade
2014 Yu Qian

I've searched Virginia and found nothing near what I'm looking for. A good example of what I'm hoping to find in VA is a shop called Tea Trekker in Massachusetts. The owners wrote the English bible of tea called "The Story of Tea". I get a lot tea from their online shop, but I want a decent local shop I can just drive to and browse their selection of teas while enjoying a cup there on my days off. I wish this country was more educated on the subject, so we could have places like this everywhere, like Starbucks does for coffee.

Anyways, If you know about a secret hideaway tea shop that lists good info on their teas and has a wide selection or even carries seasonal teas then let me know ASAP.

PS: I'm not into "flavored" teas and please don't suggest lol teavana.
