I'm not sure if those are dirt roads or not but if they are there would not be a question in my mind that the conditions of the road were a contributing factor in the crash!! These dirt roads up here in Chisago Lakes Township and surrounding areas are terrible this year.

Eve4n if the roads were dirt, I would assume the driver would compensate for road conditions. My guess is a high blood alcohol level
