Did the legislator actually write and send the motion?

What happens when a motion is filed in court by a legislator alleging another legislator uses OCGA 9-10-150 (legislative stays) to make sure his clients have the "gift" of never going to court? The big question now is did this legislator even write the motion or did his associate do it without his permission. Stay tuned to GOP and Dem talk radio locally over next few weeks.
Disclosure. I am not a party to this and will be posting ALL PUBLIC DOCUMENTS SOON.
AGAIN>>>> PUBLIC DOCUMENTS.
Requesting interviews as we speak.
