Sting target tow truck operators

Police on Friday targeted some local tow truck operators in an undercover operation.

Im surprised they did not catch hoops towing..

I bet I've bought 1000's of cars in the last 30 years, with no title, and they were sold for parts and scrap. All over the bay area people have cars and trucks, titles lost and they want them out of the yard.

There is no law against buying a vehicle without a title.
