Another concealed and illegally owned firearm in the possession of a mad man! These people must be tired of killing innocent and unarmed people in society and are now after a different prey.

Look how fat that bailiff is. He should be put on leave until he loses all that weight. He may have diabetes and will end up costing the state a fortune in health care payments.
