Too bad the scumball drunk didn't get killed, but it never works out that way does it. The poor innocent person in the other vehicle is often the one that pays the ultimate price. Now this scum will chew up taxpayers money sitting in jail.

The man killed leaves behind a wife and 5 young children. I hope the punishment matches theirs.

The world is a much sadder place without this awesome and incredible person in it. Everyone who met him liked him! There is no punishment great enough for me.

My prayers and condolences go to the family of the innocent victim in this tragic accident. I sincerely hope this piece of trash has a rough life ahead of him. But we all know if he does make it to prison.. it will be far to good for him after what he has done. we pray for the widow and her 5 children. Please advise us out here on the 10 comment section if there is a fund we can contribute to, that will help his family get through this tragedy. Although I think they should sell everything this man owns and give everything he has to this grieving family. Perhaps people might start thinking about drinking and driving if they stood to lose all their possessions, money, homes, etc. Like they do the drug dealers... anything they have that was used in the commission of the drug dealing gets seized and sold... maybe then we could stop these creeps from tearing apart innocent families. again prayers and condolences to the grieving family and friends.

He was the best of people. Kind, generous, friendly, a father, a son, an uncle, a brother. We will miss him forever. I have no room in my heart for the killer.

Thank you so much for your condolences and kind words for the family. Yes, 5 children were left behind and the family is grieving. Please pray for them as they are trying to deal w/ the loss of their loving Father and Husband. We are also dealing w/ the loss of a Friend and Coach in our community. If you all wish to help the family that are in need out here in Lake County Ohio because of this tragedy please do so to CHASE Bank to The Hank Patricy Memorial Fund. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

This man killed my Uncle which was a father of 5 young children and unlce to 34 and a brother to 8 and a husband to "one" the love of his life. I think it is amazing how someone can kill another person and walk out of a murder with only a bandage on their face. This per killed a man that did not drink smoke and can only be accused of loving his family. His family is from Ohio and he was only there for the boat show. I hope this man understands what he did and how many people he has hurt.

If there is anyone from the boating industry in Tampa (or anywhere else for that matter), could you please help establish a fund for Hank's family (at shows and the like). He was hard working guy running a "one man" business making products for that industry. Like many of this sort, he was scraping to make ends meet 1000 miles away from his family during the holiday season. I know of no one more deserving and needy of such help.

Everyone in the Perry Community is just heartsick over this senseless tragedy. Please pray for his wife and children. This was a man of honor and pride that talked and walked a good Christian life. We all can learn from the legacy this man has left behind.

Hank Patricy was one of the kindest, most exemplary people I've ever had the priveledge to know. He was a true follower of Jesus Christ. What happened to him was a terrible tragedy. I do know, however, that Hank would want everyone to focus their energy on helping and praying for his family - not on being angry with the driver who caused his death. Hank would say...forgive him! Hank knew that it is not our job to judge, but Gods. Vengeance is His. The man who killed Hank will have to live with what he has done for the remainder of his days. That, in and of itself, is the greatest punishment.

NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO NOW A DAYS YOU ARE NOT SAFE FROM THE DRUNK DRIVER. IT'S A SHAME THE DRUNKS HAVE TO DRIVE, HE ENDANGERS A LOT OF PEOPLE WHEN HE GETS BEHIND A WHEEL. ONCE HE IS CONVICTED OF AN DUI, HAVE HIM INSTALL AN DEVICE THAT HE BLOWS INTO TO SEE IF HIS CAR WILL START. AT LEAST IT WILL GET SOME OF THEM OFF OF THE ROAD.MAKE IT THE LAW THEY HAVE TO HAVE THAT DEVICE INSTALLED NO MATTER WHAT THE COST IS
