Both small and large businesses are equally notorious in the hiring of ILLEGAL aliens to avoid paying fair wages to its workers and to criminally evade the collection and payment of payroll taxes. Whether the business hires one ILLEGAL alien or several hundred, ICE and IRS want to know about it.

It is not required to provide your identity to ICE. All that is necessary to request an investigation by ICE is “mere suspicion” of employers hiring ILLEGALS. Yet, any kind of documentation or eye witness to such activities only increases the odds that they will act.

Both ICE and the IRS are especially interested in "visiting" those businesses that employ ILLEGALS "off the books" to avoid the payment of payroll taxes.

To report any individual, employer or business who are knowingly hiring ILLEGAL ALIENS call toll free: 1-866-DHS-2-ICE

If you suspect or know of an individual, employer or business that is not complying with the U.S. tax laws, by making unreported cash payments to ILLEGALS you may also report this activity by sending an anonymous letter addressed to:

Internal Revenue Service
Fresno, CA 93888

Please include the following information, if available:
Name and address of the person or business you are reporting;
The taxpayer identification number (social security number for an individual or employer identification number for a business) if available;
A brief description of the alleged violation, including how you became aware of or obtained the information;
How long the activity has been occurring;
The estimated dollar amount of any unreported income;
Your name, address and daytime telephone number (Although you are not required to identify yourself, it is helpful to do so. Your identity can be kept confidential. You may also be entitled to collect a reward.)

If employers were held responsible for NOT hiring illegals the entire issue with them would suddenly disappear.

No jobs = no illegals.

My son is looking for a job, and now he is collecting aluminum just to get by. I never want to hear that these people do the jobs other Americans won't. On the way back to Mexico, they can stop and dig the foundation to the fence as the pass, then get in the line that the legal immigrints get into. That is if it isn't too late.

one problem with calling the IRS is alot of the illegals work under fake names with fake papers and they do have taxes taken out through out the year the thing is they are unable to file at the end of the year because of it i know this to be true i married one of them and was used to only obtain her papers

and there is no help for this at all anywere if you dont have alot of money.

we really need to open our eyes to see what is really happening here before its too late

I work for a company that hires illegal workers, I myself repoted them to all the agencys and not anything was done NOT even a check.
They did not come to the place I work or even call the company.
The workers r still there and the legal workers get cuts in pay,
They also don't care about our holidays so they work them and make the americans look bad because the want off, and believe me they the company talks bad about the ones that wanted or took off without pay for the holiday.
The United States can do something if they wanted to hell they make us get auto insurance, make us get ids, makes us pay our taxes which are high, they just don't want to Our goverment is NO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter worked at Springhill suites in Concord NC.. they have numerous room cleaners who are hispanic. the superviosr is also hispani. My daughter worked there for 4 months, Last week she was told to clock out and go help someone else finish cleaning thier rooms and she refused to work off the clock... Apparently, this is a practice the other gilrs do, this week she was written up for 3 different things and fired... I know it a direct result of her refusal to work off the clock like the other girls, i do not know if the other attendnats are legal or not, but my daughter says she thinks only the superviosr is legal... i want to report them, but not sure if it will do any good are we gighting a loosing battle?

Even if they go by fake names, you can also report the business. I also heard there is a reward for turning in employers. If anything, go to the banks on Friday. Usually the business owner has his illegals with him. Go to the truck and see if his business name, phone number, and website is listed. You wont know the names of Pedro or Jose, but you can report the person hiring them.

I work for a Denver company and most of the employees are illegal. And illegal drivers. I have reported this company to IRS, BBB, Denver Police, ICE, the Mayor and Governor, Attorney General, Social Security, Welfare and even Tom Tancredo and nothing has been done. What else can I do?

I feel that if we US citizens have to follow the laws they should to. And if their dream is to be in the USA they should do it the right way. Apply !

i live in fort payne,alabama,and what few jobs that are left here all belong to illegals.there used to be alot of jobs;mostly hosiery.but they are now in hondurus thanks to the central america free trade agreement.the only thing we are getting in return for those lost jobs are more and more illegals.fort payne should be re-named north mexico.all of the powers that be here turn a deaf ear.therte are more and more americans having to resort to panhandling here,because they are at the desperation point.so so sad.i have applied for a job at the last remaining hosiery mill four diffrent times,and even though i have twenty-six years in the business,i have been turned down every time.and probvably around ninety percent of therer workers are illegal.

ill admit, i dont really care for all of them to be here taking our jobs. but to think about it, they are humans too. they are just wanting to be free and live a life they feel they deserve. sometimes aliens try to become legalized citizens, but to go through the system is sometimes quite difficult and sometimes also takes quite a bit of time. not all illegal aliens are bad. which is why i believe some companies hire them. they realize they have the same potential as us who are legal citizens. so what they may pay them lower wages if that. some still get paid the same amount. it just depends on the company. if its you complaining about yourself not having a job and your blamming the illegal aliens, thats just sad. why blame others. its not always going to be someone elses fault. i believe illegal aliens have the same exact right to work here as we do. they just are doing it against the law.

I understand what you are saying i really do but there are legal ways to work here while getting becoming a citizen. My problem is with the people who work for YEARS without even trying to become a citizen. The company my husband works for has one illegal that has been there for like 20 years and still hasn't even tried to become a citizen but the owners protect the illegals there so much its ridiculous.
