Its too bad ACT II has resorted to cheating to rig the contest. The rules are clearly set and ACT II has encouraged their members to cheat and get around the system. They have been caught red handed and Monsanto has been notified. The organizations within the first five places have all either been notified or have witnessed the behavior. Shame on you ACT II.
