Just a heads up to all those unfortunate people who were hit by the storms...Beware of roofing companys who are flooding your area chasing storms. I am a recent homeowner who suffered damage to my home that resulted in roof, siding, and gutter damage. There are tons of companys both large and small who will come in and promise you the moon all under the pretense of being covered by your insurance. Don't fall for it. I recently fired FOUR major roofing companys before finding Delta Exteriors who not only preformed my work that exceed my expectations but did so with upgrades at no charge. The four previous companies were allowing standard product and charging enormous prices for the smallest of upgrades, Delta Exteriors was a Godsend to us. There base cost was extremely reasonable, their standard included most of the premium products all the other companies were charging additional prices for. The other companies were two to three weeks out or more on their time frames, Delta was here one day and I had my roof on within 48 hours. Not only did I end up with a beautiful roof, but the quality was way above average. I ended up with premium product. Ice and water was a standard in their application of the shingles, all others wanted to charge for it. There guys were professional, quick and attentive to detail. My roof was completed within 8 hours or less and you could absolutley not tell they had been on my property at all. I looked for over two hours for nails in my drive and yard and found only one...and it had been picked up and place in my fire pit on my back patio by one of the workers. I can not tell you how happy I was to have had them preform my work. Delta exteriors was recommended to me my my neighbor and they have done five homes in our area. They do not advertise, nor do they place signs in your yard. Their work is advertise by "word of mouth". I can not state to the most extreme of degree how much easier it was and how much this company put my mind to ease in taking over my repairs. They are completely pro the home owner. I am not related to any of their people. I have only laid eyes on the owner and workers three times since first contacting them, but I can assure you, if you are tired of being run over, taken advantage of and arguing for every little bit of service or having to continue to dish out more and more money to get your home back in shape...then you should give this company a call. I can promise you will NEVER use another roofing company. These guys do what they say and MORE...and for a ton of less money. The owners name is Rob...if he tells you something...you can take it bank. He most certainly is a man of his word.
Devastated Homeowner...now happy again...thanks to Delta Exteriors! Thank you Rob and thanks to all your guys for helping us out. We so appreciate you and all that you guys did for us.

Used my name and numerous other names to "try to get in the door of others". Walks around people's property like he own the place. NO WAY would I use them and more less trust them. Can you say "shady" - and that first post - good job writing that Delta, but we see through you game. People are in suffering enough from damage and don't need your high pressure drama and games. If you are so good don't chase the storms and go by word of mouth!

They did a job in my neighborhood when calling for rain all day. Took the roof off with rain coming on and off, put it back on in the rain. The guys were wearing safety harnesses in the steady rain' thank goodness. Why would you take off a roof when they are calling for rain all day, then put your guys in harms way working on a wet roof. Plus is the homeowner getting the best job opening up a roof and putting it back on in the rain? It seemed unprofessional
