How come people choose to never leave sp?

Maybe because they like it here? I'd leave in a heartbeat if I could afford it! Or maybe they like the massive amounts of drugs! Hell, idk..... Lol

they are stuck n the rut of poverty, generation after generation passes by and things never change.Those who had a good start threw there life away on drugs like jus me said... besides that Va. is a prison state few get through life without a prison sentence that will limit there future! Thats wat Ive witnessed.

That broad statement is not entirely true, that problem is nationwide and not limited to St. Paul, take a look at any inner city in America. I live in St. Paul and make six figures and so does my wife. I know several families that have great income and live here. I don't work in St. Paul but it's home and I don't mind the drive to get back to a quiet and safe town to have my family in and am around people I know. I love the outdoors and there is no other place around that offers the trails, river, and lake access St. Paul does. My biggest gripe is the park in town needs to be updated but it looks like some work is being done down there.
