Snelling "Avenue" is a State "HIGHWAY". Look at Highway 10 in Anoka. These people cannot manage to cross the HIGHWAY safely on Foot. Imaging what the issues will be when they get on their Bicycles. We all know the problems with the Bike operators - No concern for their own safety, no understanding of the rules of the road, pure contempt for the law.
