No thanks Max It. We have enough garbage to deal with. I urge the City Council to extend the moratorium.

Are they serious about this?

Its unbelievable that they will not allow a legitimate retail business to pay taxes, rent, utilities, etc..

Apparently all of the problems with the economy have been solved in West St. paul.

Please share your secrets with the rest of the world.

Pawn, porn--they draw the same crowd. You don't want one in your area.

Pawn shops are excellent for the business of racing to the bottom - the favorite pass-time of the Saint Paul Chainber. We supported Max-It in our town. Are you West Saint Paulites too good for pawn? They even have a beautiful jingle:

Those of you who appose the idea of a pawn shop in west st Paul and saying that it Is trash that is a low blow. I've worked in the pawn industry and yes it has it's ups and downs, but what business doesn't? It is nothing more then an honor to know you are able to help a family in need to keep a roof over heads and food in their stumache. To some the pawn shop is their only means to a bad situation. I've seen high class rich folks who because of the economy has needed help when no one else could. I have been on both sides of the fence and I am thankful for the pawn shop to have been there for me.
