FAA advises on airspace rules during convention

Private planes flying into the Twin Cities will have to get special permission the week of the Republican National Convention and they'll have to contend with restricted airspace.

HAVE NO FEAR. I have gone to Milano to see the Pirelli Tower and am saddened by its loss due to the aircraft. Fortunately, the several other incidents due to private aircraft have been of relatively minor significance. America's and Italy's greatness are
more than capable of overcoming these tragedies just as we have survived the illness of Terry Nicholas or the collapse of the I-35 bridge. Saying "get over it" and throwing out reason and restrictions may feel secure but is tragically wrong. Trust in the advice of Ben Franklin and Tom Jefferson. It might be better to focus on our internal flaws regarding diligent intelligence or bridge maintenance. Good Luck.
