It takes a big Big Man to kill a little kitten. Way to go, tough guy!

What's the matter, the woman too much of a man for you to beat up?

First a kitten, then a child.

It's not a big leap. The felony charge is definitely warranted in this case.

It starts with animal abuse, and moves up from there. Sterilize this idiot now, better yet, just put him to death. Poor kitten
Yep he is almost certainly a serial killer that will make Dahmer pale in comparison!!! Well that or you are just a reactionary moron.

I'm not going to defend what this guy did. It was sick and wrong. But keep it in perspective. He's not killing people and burying them in his crawlspace. Punish him accordingly.

This is rediculous. God put animals on earth for us to use. We should be able to use them and treat them as we want. This is just another example of athiests and feminists having political power and using it to subvert the Word of God. God gave man dominion over the animals and made man the head of the house. We would not have these problems if we listened to the word of God and turned away from the liberal world view.

Dear North Ender from Kansas City, MO:

I am currently working on a case involving Scott Michael Turner in Ramsey County. May I have your e-mail in order to ask you more questions about him as it looks like you have known him in the past. I am very interested in finding out more about his criminal history. I am also very concerned about his ability to be a parent to any child.

This is very much a warning sign though. If he would kill a tiny kitten because of an argument with his girlfriend can you imagine what he is capable of doing to her five year old child if she REALLY angered him?

Actually this is not a warning sign. You are using reverse logic. While most people who have hurt other people have also hurt animals in the past, this does not work in reverse, meaning that most people who have hurt an animal do not go on to hurt people. Many people can very clearly differentiate between people and animals and are not going to beat their children the way they would an animal.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not defending the guy. I think he's a POS and this incident speaks a lot about his character, but I'm not going to say we need to send him to jail for the rest of his life because he's going to start killing prostitutes someday.

Except the girlfriend asked him if he would do the same thing to the baby and he said yes.

I would think that had more to do with a heat of the moment argument, but it's hard to say. Given that the article does not mention that this guy has any history of hurting other people, and I am quite sure that in his lifetime he has been pretty mad at other people, I am not really ready to condemn him as somebody who beats women and children.
