This is story all too familiar. Tthe similarities are almost eerie. I had the very exact same thing happen to my daughter at Diane's Day Care in Maplewood. Her husband Jerome Tarnowski molested my daughter. He only received 9 months at the Ramsey County Work House.
How many other children does this need to happen to. Who is protecting our children? Why aren't the courts imposing longer sentences on these sick individuals? These children have to pay for the rest of there lives with the memories, ningtmares, etc. It isn't fare! They are innocent children. The innocence is being stolen from our children.

The sad part of this, is unless he has a history he will never see a prison. He will be slapped on the wrist and maybe get work house time with probation. Spoken from another victim.

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?? Not only was this guy's name reported but also his picture!! It is not like someone had filmed this aalledged act and had put it on Youtube.
Innocence

The guy is probably innocent. This time period in history will someday be viewed similar to the way we now view the Salem witch hunts -- hysteria resulting in the punishment of numerous innocent people.

Remember, there is a government bureaucracy with employees whose job depends on them keeping up a level of prosecution and hysteria in the area of child abuse. They will seek convictions of innocent people beofre they will give up their jobs. A bureaucracy will never let itself die.

I have known this man for over 35 years and was shocked to see this. In fact i'm related by marriage. I'm not defending this if it's true...he should be "Big Als" b/f if it's true, but he also has 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren and that may or may not mean anything but let the evidence decide not reports that are blown up to make a better story. My children have been around him as well and I have never seen anything that would cause me to be suspecious. I watched and protected my children like a hawk while they were growing up. Please don't convict him let the courts do that. If the evidence is there it will come out and if not his life is ruined anyway.

What an ignorant thing to say. Don't have the kids if you can't take care of them.
Why do all the stupid people breed?
I think that what you had to say is far more ignorant than Julie's comment. If you had any common sense you would see that her comment was just meant in a sarcastic way to the person that posted the comment about staying home and watching your own kids.
And as to your question, "Why do all the stupid people breed?" Maybe you should go ask your parents why they had you and then you will have your answer.
Why do all the stupid people post stupid comments?

Its a shame that both parents need to work now a days just to put food on the table. It would be nice if a parent could stay at home care for their own children but thats not how it is.I remeber my grammy being their when I got up came home went to bed.But those days are long gone. Now we need to put our little ones in day cares just hopeing they will be safe.

The penalty for these crimes is far too light. He should've gotten 15 years MINIMUM...Life is more like it if you ask me, since your daughter is going to have to live with it for the rest of her life. The man that molested me and my 2 siblings only got 3 years, and I heard that was a pretty heavy sentence even though he penetrated me. I hope your daughter can work through this, I hope you have a good counselor for her! I am also pleading with every parent that has had this happen to their children to answer questions and allow your child to talk about it if they so feel. My daughter was inappropriately touched by the son of a now ex-friend of mine (she knew for 8 months before telling me) and I have made sure to answer all questions truthfully with her. I don't want her growing up with the anger I have.

The man that abused me had no prior convictions and got only 3 years. FAR too little. The 19 year old that did it to my daughter got nothing...the cops won't even touch it since the step-parent of the kid that did it waited 8 months to tell me, and my daughter was ashamed so didn't say anything.

A lot of men won't abuse family members. The children in the daycare aren't family. So the fact that you don't think he did this to your children, his children and grandchildren is really a moot point here.

I have a good job as does my fiance, but if one of us wasn't working we would not make enough to survive, yet we would make too much for welfare.
