Give the man a break I am sure the police will beleive this young girl over him. I saw the myspace page, and yeah he don't look like a saint, but you got to get the facts. How could a prosecuter prove this wass a forsefull rape if there is no marks of a struggle. Somebody would have heard this girl yelling. Would it have been a different story if the girl was 16 or 17, who knows. Pray for the girl she must be vary confused, or just sick.

i understand your point legally but i feel that she wasnt innocent in the pulblic eye.
of course she isn't, because how can a good looking man that can get any girl he wants and has no previous record possibly rape a girl??? answer...he just did. Because the public thinks like that they often make the victim guilty of doing something. Someone else said they were kissing and left holding hands...big freakin deal...no means no buddy, when she said no he should have gone into the bathroom and handled his business HE made the choice to rape her.

Your innocent until proven guilty is a sham. The press, the prosecutors, the police and even the lawyers don't use the word innocent. You are guilty until you can disprove it. They will turn, twist and skew anything they have to try to dissuade you from proclaiming your innocence. And when that fails the prosecutors start dismantling everything around you until you finally give up and just plead guilty to a lesser charge they dangle in front of you. If you know the justice system today, this is reality. It can't exist without guilty pleas. If all the cases were held over to trial, they would be backed up for five years and the guilty verdicts would never match the plea numbers they are getting. Justice is big business and no one is the wiser.

and how do you know she didn't? you don't. and LOL this is America, innocent until proven guilty doesn't exist, people may want to think it does, but here it's like you are guilty until proven innocent...just ask the urbanites that get stopped for "suspicion of gang or drug activity" while walking home from the grocery store because of the clothes they are wearing...

Regardless, it's a statutory story. He will be guilty of something if he even had sex with her.

that came out wrong...it's easy to be accused, but difficult to prove yourself not guilty

Of course, it's a sham in america because of the press, etc. That doesn't mean it has to be a sham here. I would prefer to rebuke people for immediately assuming guilt than going with the crowd in calling this guy a monster who should be castrated.

But who cares, had it been a 15 year old boy, they would have given him an award, and Obama would have given him a job, give me a break, how much taxpayer money will be wasted on this .
