What happened to all the Training supposedly absorbed by Navajo Health Workers, Health Board and Navajo Tribal Council. Were the suppose to apply the knowledged gained to a situation of this sort?
Another thing is that if a Crownpoint patient goes to Gallup Indian Medical Center, GIMC will refer the patient right back to the agency where they live in. GIMC is refusing to accept other agency patients, although the patient prefers GIMC because of variety of services offered.

Emergency services are limited at the Crownpoint hospital until further notice, due to an "acute shortage" of technical staff.
