What do you'll think of the following idiation? Our venture into land speculation with the Gillman Yachthouse Project (GBP) has been so successful that we are thinking of appoinging a City Real Estate Board (CREB). CREB would be responsible for managing the city owned 100 parcels of real estate and they could look around the city of St Marys for other real estate for the city to buy and manage.

Our view is that the Board should be made up of the best real estate minds in St Marys. Prospective CRIB members should have experience as real estate agents, RE legal experience or RE financial experience in making real estate deals. This ideation would relieve the City Council of worring about the Yacht Club property and we could move on to other idiating ventures.

Before moving forward we wanted to allow public input to this idea.

Please submit all suggestions in in writing and in triplicate by the close of business at City Hall on May 31st at the Idiations Department attention St Marys City Council (SMCC).

Let me guess, the Ideations Department is being led by Councilor John Morrissey, Chief Ideator.

May I suggest that we also form a New Authority called the Family and Friends Supporting Crony Capitalism Authority (FFSCCA). We could meet at the city supported senior center and dream up ways to get more tax dollars from our children in government. After all they have done for us it's the least we can do for them.
This very senior center would not exist without our friends and children in government. Many of our friends and children in government have private businesses and they could use more government tax revenue to keep them making money.

We need to look to the Kamdumb Kounty government for guidance on this subject. They are the real leaders of this the most corrupt county of the most corrupt state in the union.
