No personal experience (I installed my own) but the Ross family had a great reputation in the plumbing supply business in St Marys before retiring. I believe Ross Irrigation is their son.

Damned straight. Jay put mine in for me before I moved in and before the sod even went down.

Hardest working, most honest, guy in the business hereabouts.

Service calls for fine tuning (such little but is needed) after the installation is not a problem.

I recommend Jay with no reservations whatsoever.

By the way, I ran into friend Jay Ross just the other day. He's still at it and still your best bet.

He will be my choice when I buy rental property.

Have you decided to buy rental property rather than pursue and sue your "Actionable Calumnies" in court? Or are you figuring you will have even more money to buy rental property after you pick the pockets of your "Calumnies"?

If you do buy rental property, your future stories of problems with tenants will be as entertaining as postings by Anti-Jay and The Soap. Jay can write some funny stuff. The (1) baby mamma, her brood, and the sperm donor in the express line at Walmart, and (2) the County jail episode with the black cellmate come to mind.

I have a friend who has four houses for sale (half price, he says) because they are taking him to an early grave.

Yep, one I have in mind is about 3 minutes away via wheelchair.

My renter will not have high weeds on his front lawn and a damn vicious dog roaming free in the front yard while he and his boozer/biker buddies operate a branch of the Chief's Club every afternoon right here in the neighborhood like the lout around the corner.

You have no idea what is involved. At best it's a long term proposition. When the phone rings it's never good news. I hired and fired more property managers then I can remember. I was able to eventually sell all properties and retire at an early age. Having said that go and speak with Stan and Gary their involvement in the business didn't end as well.

You'd better hope that some poor sap from outside Camden wants to rent because there's no one here who would. And it would have to be someone without access to any computers because a quick Google search on you would have anyone running for the hills. Of course we can assume that you wouldn't rent to anyone who happens to be black.
