Keep in mind that the next Camden probate judge will be adjudicating the offenses of fellow drunk drivers apprehended in the county for at least 4 years.

Exactly who are you calling a drunk driver and how many DUI's are you accusing them of? Maybe you need to back your statement up with some facts Jay, or as you like to threaten, be prepared to pay the piper. Wow, talk about hanging it out there.

I guess you started this stupid thread. Why donít you just stay off Topix and play with your cat. I never criticize anybody because of their look but in your case it is time to tell a fat, brainless person to f Ö off!

Be specific, who do you know among the two candidates that has one, or as you alluded to multiple DUI's?

Is it possible that someone has legal advice on how to walk to the edge of slander.

One's criminal history is not public record.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, a request can be filed which include criminal records. How do you suppose the news media get arrest, charge, and disposition records? The exception being where a case is in progress awaiting adjudication and release of information will jeopardize the outcome of that case. After the case has been adjudicated, a release of information is available. The federal government signed the FOIA into law under Lyndon Johnson. States soon followed suit. So Frank, you can file a formal request for info......in Georgia, the response time that an agency has to reply to your request is three days. You may be billed for time and materials involved.

So Turner has/had a drinking problem?

The sad part about this race is you're choosing between two evils!!

Beau is owned/manipulated by Jim Stein, therefore among many things we will NEVER have a fair election system in Camden.

Turners sister-in-law is the current Clerk of Court. It's a detrimental combination to have two family members serving as Probate Judge and Clerk of Court, mainly because of the deed room. And the added fact that Camden GOBs will not allow this ENTIRE process to become automated! Therefore you can kind if manipulate as you please, with a collaboration.

. Wow....your comments are, we'll, ridiculous at best.

The fact that Turner admitted to having a drinking problem, in the past many years ago, and no longer drinks just shows he conquered an issue that he really didn't have to bring forth. BTW, George Bush admitted to having and conquering the same problem.

The fact that Sweatt may or may not be friends with Stein, does not mean that Stein is the puppet master controlling his every move. While there are political alliances in every sector of government...nobody Is stuffing the ballot box.

The fact that Turner's sister in law is Clerk of Court in Superior Court, has no bearing on the business conducted in Probate Court. Two entirely different beasts. If someone wants there case brought before the Probate Judge bumped up to Superior Court, the Clerk is not the one who will hear that case at trial.

I'm not sure what you are referring to about the "deed room". The automation, well the voting machines are automated. Early voting and absentee ballots are hand counted, but not The Probate Judge or Clerk of Superior Court. Your assumption accuses a lot of other people of a Federal Crime. As I understand it, both candidates stated they are willing to look at removing their involvement in elections from Probate Court. That said, can you tell me specifically how they manipulate outcome of elections, and where the "collaboration" is?

So, based on your comments, I can only conclude that you have no idea of what the "truth is". Try sticking to facts.....you might like it. Vote for the candidate of your choice after making an honest effort to learn something about them. Both of these candidates are willing to talk with you in person.

"I'm not sure what you are referring to about the "deed room"."

I believe he is talking about going digital when recording deeds, liens, DD214s, etc.

Prospectively, that is relatively simple and cost effective.

Retroactively, that is incredibly labor intensive and expensive.

Conflict? Possible but not likely.

May I suggest the character of the two remaining Probate Court judge candidates far exceed the collection of cowards, liars, pot-stirring idiots, those without a clue, and the uninformed and uneducated lunatics located on this web site.

Gotcha....and I know that most if not all of these are digitally stored today but that certain items still require a "paper" record on file. That said I am sure there is vast room for improvements.
