If it works for the Naval Base it should work for St. Marys cut the work force to a 32 hour work we and cut 20% off the wages apply that money to the $45 Million Dollar Bond. It appears that the 32 hour work week is going to be the new normal around the USA.

Whoa!

The city workers did not dedcide to overbuild the sewage treatment capacity.

I think everyone knows my stance on largesse to city/county employees, but taking it out of their hides for legislative screw ups is just plain wrong.

Everyone cuts back. That is the way it has to be. I didn't take the pay off your Buddy Bill DeLoughy did. 32 hour work week won't kill them it just hurts a little. St. Marys could releasing all their workers because they are broke. Consolidation may save some of the jobs. Still I think if the base is having to cut back so should the rest of the area. After all it is the only money in the area. Their workers don't have the extra day nor should the Cities and County.

The purpose of the local Governments/BOE is to provide employment opportunities for the people that refused to transfer once the mill shut down.

Being efficient and effective does not exist at city hall.

Deloughy is still counting on the anticipated growth spike just around the corner. He's in charge and crazy.

Where is yourt proof that Bill Deloughy took an illegal bribe in coinjunction with the building of the increased capacity?

Are you prepared to present your evidence to the GBI or defend your actions in a civil trial for slander?

What hasppened to "Thou shalt not bear false witness against they neighbor?" Have you folks whittled the Ten Commandments down to nine or what?

It is the pity of the world, Mr. Moreno, to see a man of your parts obnubilate his mind with the juice of the poppy. Bob Ward may come out of prison to tell his story of the Cumberland Harbor story.

Bill DeLoughy's worried expression, however, was not just a mask for the moment. Of late, it had become his most distinctive feature, his peculiar paraph. What does he know we don't ?

St. Marys should and will declare bankrupcy. Their is no way they can tax themself out of this hole. It dosent take a rocket scientist to see the hand writeing on the wall. With out a total overhaul, consolidate police, fire and public works the city is busted.

Bill DeLoughy is a chronoic liar. St. Marys is bankrupt and should just own up to the fact. Send a few off to prison and call for the City Charter.

DeLoughy says a building boom is right around the corner. We will probably have to expand the City government to accommodate this. While at it lets throw lots of money into Orange Hal, The Aquatic park, tourism and build a better and bigger water/sewer plant.

We might as well purchase a million dollar property and place a few bum benches on it so we can watch the setting sun over St. Marys.

Bill DeLoughy and the rest of the orange hall occupants, including the city manager, have to go. The problem is what are we doing with the clowns who voted them into position?

Cities in the state of GA cannot file for bankruptcy...it is prohibited by the GA Constitution.
If anything, the city will default on major bonds. It will happen and I think it may be for the best in order to wake up the electorate who continues to vote in idiots like Deloughy and Gant.

Does Keating have a clone brother living up North. This deceptive article could have been written here.

Any time the real estate cartel uses percentages instead of real numbers the red flag goes up. Building permits up a whopping 20%. Lets say that area that was doing hundreds, dropped to ten last year and now is at twelve. Yup that would be a 20% gain. Time for some serious speculation.

Bill Deloughy has big dreams unfortunately its with the tax payers money once again.
