Level Playing Field

St Marys needs more tax revenue.
How does its citizens expect the St Marys city council to compete on a level playing field when bidding on real estate parcels? Short answer: they can't. Too much of the tax revenue collected by city hall must be used for other things.
With more tax revenue coming into city hall, the council would have more loose money to buy and maintain empty houses and old houses.
The answer is the new SPOLST TAX. Please vote for the new SPOLST tax. We need the new tax revenue at city hall so that council will be on a level playing field when bidding against other land speculators.
