1 Flexx, no one thinks you're lying. We just think you're just another opinionated blowhard short on the facts and long on idiocy. Do us a favor. Stay on the panhandle. |

1 I love the panhandle it is devoid of a-holes like you and filled with sunny white sand beaches. Cant say the same for your crappy brown water fronts!
|
||||
So if you defend the panhandle, why is your name CAMDENPRIDE???? |

1 Hey MOST OF FLORIDA is made up of NORTHENERS YOU SIMPlETON ASS. YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT AND ON TIME CALL SOMEBODY FROM THE NORTH, BECAUSE PEOPLE FROM THE SOUTH ARE EITHER TOO BUSY WATCHING CARS GO AROUND THE TRACK OR DISPLAYING WHAT THEY OWN ON THEIR LAWNS. ASS WIPE |

1 he took a chance on it at 100.00 per acre back in the middle 70's got just a few more dollars for it so it just may take a bit to turn a profit but the yankees that know noting about knats or bugs will buy it sooner or later just glad my dad got his money back plus a few dollars for profit |
|||
|
too bad my dad didn't have the foresight to buy up some land up here back at that time...we would come up to the Crooked River State Park but my dad preferred to live in the bigger cities. Of course a hundred dollars was a lot of money in the 70's for some people.
Heard in the 30's acreage over in Mandarin, Florida went for like 30 bucks an acre...again..that was lots of money in that era. |

It's a shame about Cumberland Harbor, but I think everyone saw it coming.
And if you like your beaches, you are more than welcome to stay there. Please. I think the marsh is beautiful, which is one of the reasons I live here.:) |

1 Beaches don't have gnats loony bird! Marsh front to us northeners is another term for swamp land, you can keep it, and the bugs and gators, snakes....... Ahhh the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and the saltspray...... bikinis, suntan lotion... And your view? tidal creeks, crabs, trash and gnats, paper mills, you can keep that. No seriously you can keep that! |

Another problem with Cumberland Harbor is the residents. Claudia Riley has her nose in everyone's business. Don't let her fool you into thinking she is nice. She is just a gossip and a liar. She doesn't have money either, just another yankee with a big mortgage and a small net worth. She will complain to everyone about everything and talk about you behind your back when she is guilty of the same thing. I think she should take her fake everything, and her leased cars, and her tacky clothes and head back to NJ or NY or where ever the hell she is from. Im sure its not south of the Mason-Dixon. You better believe you haven't impressed anyone in the south Claudia!

1 Nothing wrong with paper mills...wish the one in St.Marys was still blowing smoke versus smoke being blowed up in our taxes. Nothing wrong with the smell of money...rather smell money than salt air, or swamp...it all gets old. |

That place wouldn't even be on the map if it wasn't for your "yankees" buying this property and creating a tax base for our city mangr. to spend our gas on car shopping in KINGSLAND on our time with! Don't blame the investors-blame our city Gov. for waisting our monies.
|
||||
Hey, whatever happened to that? I had talked to someone that was a witness that told me about it. Was he on city business to buy cars? |

1 Hey Sal we never asked to be on the map. We were actually hoping you dumbass yankees would never find us. Thanks to Uncle Sam & the United States Navy we are over ran with you. But if you hate the south so bad why not pack your rags and head out on the first bus that leaves. They depart several times a day. |

1 Two examples of northern genius. 1) 30 million to move an airport we don't need. 2) 47 million for a bike trail to Hinesville. |
