Yeah! Sue their azzes. They must have deep pockets. Not. What's the chance of even identifying the father? Pissing in the wind.

Once this case comes to a conclusion and we know just what happened by the truth being told .
My question is should the parents or acting parents be held for some accountability in the killing of this child? If in fact we conclude the two accused are guilty.

Government is the daddy.

Misunderstood children sometimes act out. Rehabilitation is a long difficult road for society and all concerned. Finding the mother should be easy, finding the father maybe impossible.
Best option would be to sue communist elements of our government as the cause that made this situation possible.

You want to blame someone else? Try Obama, Sharpen, Jackson, Rachel MadCow , Matthews, and the rest of these social justice advocates. Never hold the individual accountable and let the state provide.

Interesting comment. If the government is viewed as the daddy then the government has a responsibility to correct it's children. Does this give the government to license to look into all means of correction? Such as gun control?
Take the guns away and dust your hands, that problem is solved. I think the problem is still there.

Kill or be killed. Civilized society can't exist with this type of savagery.

Time for self defense action.

If the mother drove to the pond to hide the gun and the aunt provided a false alibi, they should both be charged as accessories-after-the-fact to 1st degree murder.

I would love to see DA's, nation-wide, try their damnedest to find something to charge the parents of these savages with if their wild spawn commit felonies under the age of 18.

The legal age to arrest, jail, and adjudicate as an adult in Georgia is 17, not 18. Fortunately your blanket wish to charge all parents of juvenile offenders is not law and only your wish. That said, anyone, parent or otherwise, attempting to alter the course of justice by tampering with evidence of a crime, or contributing to a felony should be and is charged with such. Of course if the government was not a financial crutch for the families of non producers, then there would be far less of them to worry about. The "have another child, get a bigger check" mentality of our society leaders is a core problem. Unfortunately, our government believes that if you throw money down a hole, you can fix anything. Hasn't ever worked, never will.
