When I was a student at Coastal, he came and addressed our class.

As a token of appreciation, we presented him with a dozen roses, thinking he might give them to his wife. You know, "Look what the kids gave me for speaking to them".

We found them in a trash can in the parking lot. I've had a different opinion of him since then.

Just another rightwing extremist who does nothing for the people of his district

when I realized that this thread was started by a Commi-Lib Dummocrat to attack Jack.

Jack will be there until he decides to retire at a ripe old age. Get used to it.

If Jack can keep the government out of our way and wallets, he will have more than earned his pay.

Out of our way, does that mean ignore Camden? He does help Chatham.

By 'out of our way', I mean lower taxes and MUCH fewer government regulations. Both are bad for the economy.

Hell, I'd settle for reigning in the Economic Prevention Agency.

Jack is doing a well enough job and defending conservative principles, but he will want to come home one day. He has been up there awhile fighting the dummocrats and the RINOS. I think one day he will come home but anytime soon. We need him up there for at least two more terms. I do think it is a good idea for conservatives in District 1 to starting looking at another candidate for replace Jack if Jack does decide to come home. I hear some names out there that might want to consider running once Jack does decide to call it a day up there in DC.

I think we have a man named Russo that will run against Jack Kingston. The concern I have is that he identifies with Obamas actions.
So I'm guessing he will be pro job, pro St Simons Island and will hop to Obama spendings.
A liberal democrat rather than conservative.
I would like to say I support a positive change but not an Administration minion.

He will not beat Jack. A democrat from here will have a hard time beating Jack. District 1 is too conservative for a liberal democrat. But I do think in the next two terms, Jack will retire and we do need to think about others who might be able to represent us well from District 1. Liberals will not get elected from D-1.
we need change

Jack is in politics for what he can get out of it. That's it. I won't vote for him again.

HE has helped us keep this base. The rumors are that either Groton or Kings Bay has to be shut down with the budget cuts. Groton won last time, do you really think we can keep a base when no tridents are coming? There are a dozen ships at Groton. We only have 7. Times are looking bad for Camden. Does anyone have any reliable information? Maybe that is why Hallmark is going away. The owner has inside information???

Jack Kingston voted YES to more financial deregulation: the HR3336 is to exempt derivatives transactions by credit unions, small banks and rural lenders. These derivatives are sliced and diced and sold to other banking institutions as a risk investment. This is why the housing market is in such a mess today and now the small town banks will be in the game. WATCH OUT!

if someone run that is not trying to be Obama's best friend he may have a chance to get elected. Jack has had it longer than he should have. Down here he is worthless. It is all about Savannah.

Heard the Washington Fly in was a bit of a bummer...sounds like they might have heard the same thing and nobody is telling us.

He has done nothing from rural S. Ga. Moreover, he has received significant kickbacks from pharmaceutical lobbyists. He should be voted out, along with Kingston.
