Bad idea putting wowen on subs, this part of the military should not be sociallly engineered. Nothing but bad things will come from this.

I suspect within 5 years of putting women on subs we will lose a boat to the depths. JMHO

I served for 20 years in the Submarine force, and totally agree that nothing good will come from this. The amount of time that we are/ were together in the depths does increase camaraderie, but if it is changed to co-ed, there will be much more than that. I think that a female only boat would suffice, but combining sexes is not cohesive to their mission. The logistics changes that a submarine will have to go through, and how the sailors also will have to change is enough. Leave the canoe club alone.

Take a look at all this diversity and look what it gotten us:

Marriage in decline
Families torn apart
Single parent households increase
Sissification of the American Male
Homosexuality increase
Church goers decrease
Crime and drug use increase
Illegal alien increase
education decrease
morality decrease

Sounds like the left wing agenda is all about inclusion adn hope and change, and we need more of this diversification? This sucks bad!

I see this as a sign of society becoming more intelligent. People are finally realizing that marriage is a waste of time, and she's just looking for a free ride.

Man you must have made the wrong choice I am still married after 28 years!

Marriage is in decline because of the attack on family and christian values, nothing more, nothing less.

I personally believe that the Sub force is the one boys club that doesn't need to be messed with. Women are in every other part of the military. There would be too many problems associated with women on Subs. This is coming from a woman.

While I am and have always been for women rights, I have to agree that the social logistics of having a co-ed submarine crew, with women literally trapped away under the ocean for months at a time with a bunch of men, would more than likely lead to a great deal of disruption among the ranks in any number of matters that would prove detrimental to the women more so than the men, though I would readily advocate an all woman crewed submarine.

I would love to see an all women sub. Wwomen are very capable and I have served with many, but mixing men and women under water is a recipe for disaster.
