Really? How so?

Please, do enlighten me and the folks as to what I was up to in the post you partially quote.

That was a question. I missed the "?" and "Shift" keys because I had a brain fart. Hey, Moreno makes excuses. I can too.

Not yet. Why? Perfectly legal with a concealed carry permit.

I open carry in walmart all the time.I have a permit so I dont see what the big deal is.Perfectly legal unless they have a sign out front saying there are no weapons allowed on the premisis. I have never seen one. So I will keep doing it. THe day they post one is the day I stop going there. I only go there now to get a few grocery items and toiletries and laundry soap and dish washing soap in the large bottles. I never purchase meat from there . I like to go to Kingsland meats.

Hard to beat Winn Dixie for quality meats.

If acceptable and cheaper will do, Kingsland meats is okay. Great variety. Their bulk frozen vegetables are quite good.

I would really like to see more open carry.

In high crime areas,(which, thankfully, Camden is not) I believe you would see street crime drop dramatically. Especially open carry linked with hang-em-high, conservative jury pools.

I really like kigsland meats. I usually go there one a month and get the big freezer special. A great buy for the amount of food that you get.

I do visit Mrs. Dixie once in a while. I prefer their t-bone steaks over most.

I usually carry my weapon open carry because I am of the belief that if punks see you with it,they will think twice about bothering you. I usually have my 2 young daugters and 14 year old son with me when I go places ,so I feel I am at a disadvatage with little ones in tow if I do not have my weapon.I am a very protective person when it comes to my children and I dont take chances. My 14 year old is very capable with a weapon, as I have taught him how to shoot and he is pretty damn dead on with a .45 gun saftey as well as his grandfather, who he himself open carries. My son is not able to carry a weapon for obvious reasons but if the situation were to present itsself and I am hurt he knows how to load and unload my.45 and handle buisness and if we are close to the vehicle, well, there is something in there that will get your attention fast and he knows how to use it too.

That should have said "taught him gun safety as well and he also learned from his grandfather who open carries also".

Cause I want to see you with your shoulder holster and bandolier, scooting around like a cross between Pancho Villa and Ironsides on 10,000 calorie/day diet.

Keep blabbing your drivel and you might convince yourself but you won't convince me. It'll never happen, not even with the Socialist in office.

We call people that open carry, "bullet sponges".

Pop quiz! If there were an active shooter situation, would you engage?(It's a trick question)

If the shooter were endangering my life or the lives of others and there were not yet police present and returning his fire, then yes.

Not quite. The scenario was for the other guy with kids. The object is to escape and get the kids to safety, the last thing you want to do is draw fire. What if there are multiple shooter? Of coarse if you're targeted, defend yourself. If not, get those kids out fast.

Think of it this way. As a bad guy, if you enter a room with wolves and sheep, who do you neutralize first? Be a wolf in sheeps' clothes.

Today, there was an average of 5 people waiting to check-out in each line. The customers were lined up and blocking the main aisles behind the cash registers.

Walmart continues to discontinue items which are proven sellers. This is not a problem in Yulee.

Since i have to go to Yulee to pick up items that are no longer available in St. Marys, i am just going to shop in Yulee in the future. Sad.

There is no reason that our St. Marys store is the way it is other than the horrible management.

I like the Great Value dry roasted, salt free peanuts.

I've been looking to buy another jar for a month or me, that is easily a dozen visits.

The other night, two ladies were stocking that section of that aisle. I told the I had not seen any in a month and asked if they had any ideas why not.

Quite nonchalantly and matter of factly, she told me that that just means they are out of them at the regional Walmart warehouse.

Along with FedEx and UPS, Walmart is known for one of the most sophisticated logistics systems on the planet. However, they can't keep the St. Marys Walmart in peanuts and countless other items.

Damned strange.
