Me too! I don't live here but do work at bordelon's home furnishings and get to see the Teche everyday. Great news for Breaux Bridge tourism!

I happen to live on the Teche, and it is not dirty to look at anymore. There was a big clean up effort and it look's alot better. So I welcome any traffic down the bayou.

Well I hope it works out. But I don't see an adventure center ran by californians making any money and staying in business in port barre. But if it works out great. When I saw the topic I immediately thought about the last time I rode in the bayou and it was full of trash and cement chunks. Really it's dangerous from what I remember. But if they cleaned it up great. Let them do whatever they want but if I want to go canoeing it won't be in the teche, or anywhere in st. Landry parish for that matter!
great idea
