Are you saying I only work when I am uncomfortable? I guess I've been uncomfortable for forty six years! Or are you saying because I don't like to go without food, heat, electric, water, sewer, telephone, cable, gas and a car and work so I can have those things, that somehow it is wrong for me to be comfortable?<quoted text>
The only reason that you think that people only work when they are "uncomfortable" is because THAT IS THE WAY YOU ARE!
And, speaking of "subsidies," how come you LOVE to see "Big Oil" get subsidies and "Big Farmers" get subsidies? You LOVE "welfare" but only the "BIG DOLLAR" kind like "Big Oil" gets.
(And "Honey Boo Boo" works and makes more money than you do, Jethro!)
You don't know me, you don't know what I am for or against, except for what I posted here. I can tell you I am not in favor of corporate welfare. There is a book out there in the webosphere called "Free Lunch" it tells you how all of the corporations hedge their bets with campaign donations to politicians to enact laws to get them tax breaks and big government contracts while we the worker bees pay for it all. There is no big differences between Democrats or Republicans, they are all corrupt, just in different ways. The fact is, the government cannot continue to give some people everything while taking from the others. If you want to sponsor your own welfare family, you are welcome to do so. I have a family of my own to take care of and I do my share of volunteering and public service.
