Fort Necessity, LA

It appears that while David Butler was building his dynasty out of the pockets of speeders, he allowed Woodworth to becomethe meth hub of Central Louisiana.
That's according to his own police dept. in today's Town Talk.
While his cops have been chasing out-of-towners driving a couple of mph over the speed limit, meth dealers have been building labs knowing the cops weren't looking.
Hizzoner (Butler) has a difficult decision to make.
Is there more money to be made seizing drug assets or squeezing traffic fines out of hapless travelers?
Either way.....somebody is going to have to pay to keep all those new municipal buildings open.
