I don’t know Mr. Marks & can’t comment on him being a DRUG USER, but by his comment about the Chief dying in the line of duty, I agree Mr. Marks is a piece of crap! A very small piece at that!

If I remember correctly , he should be very grateful to the Port Barre Police. When he was in elementary school here his Mom called the police to go find him all the time, he was always running away from home. I have often thought of you John David and wondered what had become of you. And if this post was an example of what kind of man you have become , I have got to tell you I am very sorry that you still seem to have lots of problems.
