No Monster; it does not state that all 3 buildings "HAVE" to stay open. Infact the consultants even said they throw that in to help the transition period. It's Their way to get a merge, it helps keep some home town feeling in each district. That's all touchy feely and honkey dory but it does not provide for a bright LOOOOOOONNNNGGGG lasting future. The merge is here now lets make it work and not worry about "oh I hate to see a building shut". We the tax payers own these buildings and as long as they stay open they are eating money and will cost us. Like I have stated, that money could go for something much more important. Will it be sad to see a building shut, why should it, this is a new begaining lets do it right!
