My husband and I spent the last year building a home overlooking the beautiful West Texas plataues outside of Abilene. I hate the thought of wind turbines messing up what little bit of natural scenic beauty that we have in this area.

As we were looking for an electric provider for our new home we were frustrated to find that energy providers from the turbines was outlandish... 19.per kwh. How is this helping the average citizen of west Texas?
