Yes I would say so also. Plus so many other things.
If it were being built to transport USA citizens! But, instead it is for MEXICO to get the things they have gotten away from the US and are manfactured there shipped back!After reading this I can't understand "WHY" there isn't more media coverage and the sneaky backhanded way it seems to be handled. People being locked out at the meeting in San Antonio!
