The lady in the SUV is at fault. There is a huge NO LEFT TURN sign right in front of her face. She broke the law, and someone died.

i my self ride a motorcycle for the last ten years, and while i believe that yes the suv driver is at fault i cannot put the blame solely on her unless the cyclist was found to not be speeding. im not sure of the speed limit on that area of road but understanding bikes i personally believe that he was most likely speeding.

if you know the area at 8.30 Am the traffic is terrible I do not think speed was an issue. You can not make a left. it is illegal and just stupid.

WAKE UP DRIVERS.....it's these idiots on these crotch rockets who ruin it for the rest of us cruising riders...these bikes belong on a track...your dodge in and out of traffic, speed at excessive speeds and your chances of survival upon collision are 0..As for you auto drivers...pay attention stay off your phones and always watch out for motorcycles. you cut us off and we can't stop on a dime like you can.
