Does anyone know who owns Audubon Cable? Their response to problems is horrible. It is a shame that there is no competition in parts of the parish for internet service and a shame that they are not regulated by the Public Service Comission. The lady running the office has the personality of a tomato!

It's better than nothing, but if you ever had COX or Charter before having Audubon you will feel like you're getting ripped off.

I will say this, it is much better now than when I was a kid.

Analog tv is great in this day and time? You have got to be kidding. Do you still have a black and white tv?

There are 8 digital TV channels on Audubon cable. If you have a digital TV, do an auto tune and you should pick them up.
To the comment about Cox, compare bills and see how much better it is. You will pay a premium for the technology and their service is not much better in terms of response to individual problems.
Not seeing any other service providers lining up to compete. This area is not attractive to large operators. Not enough customers in to many miles. Next choice is satellite as long as you do not have to many trees.
Trust Cable is now owned by the same people that own Audubon cable. I am sure that part of the problem is from growing pains from that acquisition.
As someone else stated, it is better than nothing.

Audubon Cable is GREAT!
I the dealing with trying to find a station to watch on satellite. You have to go through 100s of infomercial channels just to find something to watch.
They are friendly at the office. Available if I have a question.
I just wish they have a station guide.

If you can get DSL from AT&T then go with that, if not then go with Audubon

They're Too High, 90$ for 4 Mbps. That's Outrageous, and AT&T DSL and U-Verse aren't available to me, but they are available to my neighbors who live next door.

audubon web site has been out for weeks. Baily customer service email address is kaput. If you have a problem there is no way to go above the local office.

they do. Ther don' cover the whole parish. The service is relatively fast and fairly reliable. Their response to problems is only fair. They have only one repairman and overhead lines. They are not adding service in areas where att has service.
They are losing customers to other providers and are not spending any money upgrading their service, Internet or cable. They are better than nothing.
