You know, this is the thing about old gator, he is opinionated as everyone that comes here. However people like "how dare you" he/she always post under the same name.

I'm willing to beat that "how dare you" post in 75% of the threads here buy does so with a differnt "witty" name in each thread, this giving he/she the appearance of a different poster with each post.

Old Gator does exactly what one is suppose to do at this place, post what they know and express their opinions, if any of you don't like it don't read it.

Sorry "How dare you". You are not "how dare you", that's me. Your ISP has exposed you. Yours is Baton Rouge while mine is United States. I guess you're simply too dumb to come up with a screen name of your own so you have to steal one. Sad isn't it?

Since this seems to be a problem with a lot of people on here - others using their aliases - why not simply register? No two users can have the same registered name. Problem solved. If, of course, you want the problem solved.

No I'm the real How dare you, and ISPs mean nothing when it comes to this place and posting on phones. If you want to take claim to My name then register like country lad has done.

So it is a welcome to West Feliciana sign, but it is being paid for by a non-profit organization?

Why do some think it is a new neighborhood ?

Wrong.
It is goong to be a new subdivision.
No Gator was right, it is a part of the gateway projects and is going to be a welcome sign.

Majority of the funds used came from grants from what I'm told so technically he was also right about your tax dollars at work too.

Now what is this subdivision people are speaking of, I haven't heard anything about it

No Gator was WRONG! Because he is a know it all jerk and that means he is wrong and should be disliked and treated like a jerk so he will go away, even when he is right.

Old News is right even though everyone else in this thread including Gator says that is is a welcome sign, it can't be one simply because Gator says it is.

In addition everyone should be applauded for calling him out on being a now it all and a jerk even though it is apparent that he was right in regards to the topic of this thread.

I was wondering the same thing when I saw the size of it, but the other poster is right from what I hear. Just something to look at, not something that is functional.

Would of been cool if it was something tourist could drive up to and get pamphlets and what not.

You're sure? I was told otherwise.
You are correct, It's NOT going to be a subdivision. I'ts part ofthe new Gateway program. http://stfrancisvilleaf.org/Images/Interior/r... . Look up that info. There are illustrations of the construction, and the entire story.

There is a small 2 story building (almost a tower) being built on Hwy 61 just north of Thompson Creek. A sign next to it reads EXCLUSIVE HOMES. Does anyone know anything about this? It's like it just popped up!
Is the tower on Highway 61 going to be the new town limits?
They did not want the bridge in town, now are they trying to move the town to the bridge by means of strip annexation?

No, it is there because of the intersection of HWY 61 with the road from the new bridge.
