Heard the Oyster Bar was closed down by the ABC. Is it true and if so why were they closed down?

There is a sign on the front door which says "Temporarily Shut Dow".

should be "Down". Sorry

Apparently they didn't bother renewing their license and after a raid last week they are now shut down. From what I understand that ends it for Brandon, it is unlikely that they will be able to get a new license. So until someone else comes into the pitcure it will remain closed

Wrong again, Gator. The OB will open back up this coming Tuesday.

Glad they got not sorted out then, I was only repeating what a police officer was tailing me.
Question, is it reopening under Brandon or someone new?

Sorry "telling" not "tailing"

Though the part about them being shut done after a raid because they were operating with an expired license is completely factual.

"Down" not "done" of course

A far as I'm concerned, the parish would be absolutely dumb to give this pervert a new license, as too, would be the state. However, I was told by an "insider" that the place would be opened "next Tuesday". Let's wait and see what happens.

The state is the big one, I was told that they weren't going to let him get one, but perhaps there is some kind of appeal and he succeeded...or...maybe someone is putting their name on the line for him and he is getting one through someone else.

You are correct. I hope to see the "den" closed down. And one may call it whatever kind of "den" they choose...dope, sez (notice no "x", rape (the proper name for a winter leafy green). Lil Brandon Hine needs to be run out of town. Let's see if Daddy Dearest can get him out of this one..........again.

First you said that Old Gator was wrong, now you are saying that he is in the least partially correct. Did Gator steal your screen name or something in a vain attempt to make himself like right?

No. It appears as though you have the ability to read...but not the ability to understand. I said that Old Gator was wrong re. the re-opening of the OB from what I was told. Now, what I "was told" means nothing. Further, I said "let's wait and see" whether the OB re-opens "next Tuesday".

Easy to read but not too difficult to understand.

I heard the parish approved or is going to approve their license, looks like your "insider" may know what they are talking about.

This is the most bs I've heard in my entire life.... If all you have to do with your life is to make up rumors & lies then u have a sad life & that's SAD!!!!! If you wanna know something why don't you ask him yourself or are you afraid of the truth?
You might just find out that he's a really good hearted person & a damn good father.... None of you really know what's going on so let GOD be your judge.... The sadness lies in your ability to hate something you know absolutely nothing about....

So......your saying they didn't have to close because they didn't renew their license? Cause the did.
