Who cares what pedigree they are. You must be very small minded to make such a comment.

Is that all our town thinks about. What family the belong to? A simple question of who they are. Are they local just moved here or are the a chain. What does pedigree have to do with that.

I'm looking to have a bakery in town - and with all of the wedding venues and social events, they should have a wonderful opportunity to grow their business.

I've been here for a while but don't pay attention to much gossip and non sense. I have eaten there once or twice. But that's it

From what I heard they brought a lot of that on themselves.

Nope. The people now purchased it from the original owner...long story...rather not get into it. You're a better person for not knowing and for being out of the loop on such things

I went in Friday afternoon and two ladies where there. They didn't look familiar, so I ASSUME they are new to the area. They will have beignets and coffee in the mornings. They will offer ready made items such as cupcakes, slices of cake, pies, cookies. They will also do all occasions (weddings, birthday parties, baby shower, holidays). They are taking orders for holidays as well. Basically sounds like they will be a "full service bakery".

Wow! Beignets! That's what we've been missing here. Hope they do well. Sounds like a good addition to the nice morning venues we already have.
