I went to NTA last week to get my truck worked on I will say at first I was not impressed at all the guy at the front desk Christian or Chris I cant remeber exactly what his name was but either way it just seemed like I was bugging him with my questions and like he couldnt wait to get me typed up so i would leave him alone but then my car got sent in back to get worked on. After about 20 minutes I met the Mechanic Tim. What a great employee he showed me exactly what was wrong and explained to me in detail everything so that i would understand. like every mechanic of course he told me other things that i needed to replace but he didnt try to push me infact he went over each individual thing and how it worked and the approx cost and told me when i could afford it what i should do first and what i should leave to better the life of my car. I did not feel ripped off once when I was there infact i drove out thinking that i just ripped them off. whoever manages this place needs to teach the customer service people in the office how to treat a customer and they need to thank the mechanic tim cause he is by far one of the best and customer friendly mechanics I have ever met Kudoos to you Tim and NTA I will be back again i dont care how far I have to drive
