Kiggans Sneaks Drugs Into Jail

Martin Kiggans told Ohio County Circuit Judge Arthur Recht he was "loopy" during a court appearance Thursday - a result of taking Oxycontin he claimed he smuggled into the Northern Regional Jail .

I think he lied about taking drug in.and if he is dying from lung cancer, how come no one in family know about.

i think he is crazy for not only putting himself in danger but his family. now he wont see his family for along time..... he's better off in there right5 now anyway atleast he will be drug free to a point.. his daughter misses him..
