it's not hard to figure. Ths meeting is to discuss the public works department. In other words bKipp and rubello voted to hold this special session so by kaw it has to be held. The meeting is to fire DUMAS. The only question here is how much is this firing going to cost the taxpayers in buyout money like it did for Sandy. Sure glad we have this hugh stockpile of extra cash laying around.

I hear Rubino is behind this mess. Lets see how much money Mr. Fiscal responsability will cost us now! Good job SCS voters!!! This guy will send us to ruin! We would be much further ahead with Matt and/or Frank in there!

Hold off on your judgement until after the meeting. You will be thanking the current council for being on top of things. The better question will be why did Matt and Ron and the rest of Ted's gang not do anything for the residents and tax payers of the Shores. This council has done more positive things for this city in 2 and half months then the old motley crew did for their entire term in office. So shut up until the facts are out and do not speculate.

You do not know what you are talking about. We would be close to receivership if Matt and Frank were in there. I predict the city will be throwing a parade for the new council when all is revealed.

A severance package saves money over time and in cases such as these most likely within this calendar year. Why do you think so many private sectors companies give these packages? Because it will save them a boat load of money to not have to pay the salaries and benefits of the people taking the packages.

Did you go to the Ron Frederick school of accounting because you don't seem to understand how this will translate into savings? To make it simple for you, it will help to stop the lines from crossing. But if you think like Ron it still won't make any sense to you.

It takes at least 2 people to call a special meeting, stop singling one guy out.

Let them keep their jobs and just keep paying their salaries because that will save us money.

I went to the Ron Frederick Institute of Accounting by the way.

First it was my friend Matt Ahearn, they already got my friend Carey Torrice, then Sandy Wolny, now Curt Dumas? How am I going to supplement my pizza income this year? What are we going to do Ted? Is it o.k. if I come work for you now?
