Even though Most of St Bernard would agree to this, there is no way it could ever happen. Because of how they live there lives St Bernard makes and Ideal Place to live. Clean, Nice & Safe - Remember the lower 9th ward usta be a very nice area, until the New Orleans Rat Crap moved in and turned into Crappy area. I saw pictures of my Grandparents when they lived in the lower 9th ward and it looked Beautiful, even before Katrina that area looked like Shit.
